Had been shopping around for an Audi A4 for a bit and was between Audi West Covina and another location in Fontana. I was called by Audi Specialist Davide Gilberti and we set up a time to meet. Not only did he meet me outside but had the exact car I came to see ready for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and helpful in the car tour and explanation of services. I decided to purchase an Audi A4 and the negotiation process was easy because the dealership wanted to offer me as many benefits as possible while not impacting cost or keeping it very low. As we waited for financing Davide ensured I was comfortable and had anything I needed as you'd expect from a luxury car dealer. The sales managers Te-Hao Chiu and Nemer Sarriedine were exceptionally awesome and helpful and oversaw the deal exactly as I had expected. Ray Eldenaf, the Finance Manager, called me the next day and let me know there was a minor problem with my deal but that's only because he found a way for me to save more. I came back and received an even better offer. My key fob battery was low and the team helped me get a replacement battery with no problems. Chris, in the parts department helped me and was fast and knowledgeable to the battery I needed. All in all I had a great experience at Audi West Covina (Envision Motors). I would highly recommend this team.

He showed me what I wanted to see and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. I had a budget and helped me get into the car I wanted and even saved me money staying under budget.

Audi West Covina is AMAZING! It was a bit of a drive but worth the time.!  Corona careful dealership all employees wore masks etc it made my buying experience so much more comfortable. From the moment I got out of my car I was approached by by an employee to see if I need any help. while I was waiting for my appointment several times I was approached by employees and asked If i would like to drink or anything I need. what was interesting was the dealership group has multiple dealerships within the block  what made me write this Yelp report was the amazing GENERAL MANAGER named TODD KAZARIANE.. HE PERSONALLY came to make sure that all of the transaction was to my satisfaction even helping me find accessories for the car I bought at reduced prices online. that's pretty amazing for a general manager with all his responsibilities to care so personally for his customers. BUT EVEN MORE he's a super honest person he actually had someone call to try to buy the car which was advertised online for more than they offered it to me and turned the customer down because I was already in transaction.. HONEST DEALERSHIP. I'm so happy I found this hidden treasure dealership.
